On Tuesday, March 9th, 2010, Clayton Police Officers arrested a local man for Marijuana possession with intent to sell and deliver and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances.  

Arrested in the case was Steven Darnell Brodie, 25, of 513 Holding St., Clayton, NC

Brodie was charged with: 

1 Felony count of Possession with Intent to Sell & Deliver Marijuana, and 1 Felony count of Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances.

Brodie was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $50,000.00 secure bond.
